Cranberry and Raspberry Crumble pie

I’m usually scared of Pie recipes and I finally found a pie recipe that works. This recipe made me realize that it’s basically a big tart! Here’s a recipe that I found from a few other recipes, I added the crumble top and kept it all without dairy and white flour.
Cranberry and raspberry crumble pie
 1 frozen Gluten Free pie crust

Filling
3 cups cranberries
1 cups raspberries
1/2 orange squeezed
3 tsb water
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/4 cup cornstarch

Topping
  • ½ cup earth balance butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • ¾ cup Oats
  • ¾ cup Oat Flour – grinned Oats in blender
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon –
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
1. Preheat oven to 350

2. Place the cranberries, raspberries, sugar, orange juice, water and cornstarch in a saucepan. Cook for about 20 minutes over medium heat, stirring frequently. You’ll see the cranberries pop and blend into the mixture

3. In a large mixing bowl combine all Topping ingredients except the butter. Using fingers or blender add earth balance butter till crummbly.

4. Add filling to frozen pie crust and spread crumbs over mixture.

5. Place pie on top of a cooking sheet, and bake pie for 50 minutes or until the pie crust and streusel topping are golden.
